Wow, all I can say is that I appreciate everybody's help and positive feedback. Everything went so smoothly. There were some, oh crap moments but we managed through each of them!
I can't say enough how much I appreciate everybody that helped! From cooking rolls, to setting up tables and chairs, to helping me color posters (even if the gray color kept coloring blue), to getting crayons and scissors, setting up the TV for the nursery, taking pictures, the girls for watching the children in the nursery, making sure food stayed stocked on the table, to clean up, and so much more of all those little things that help everything run smoothly. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
I wasn't sure how cooking for so many people was going to work, but overall I would call it successful! We had chicken, rice, veggie's, and rolls. The boys were to serve their moms first before serving themselves. The boys were so good that they ended up serving their moms, and dads before they got their own.
For those looking for the chicken recipe here you go: 4-6 chicken breasts, 2-3 cans cream of chicken soup, 1/2-1 cup sour cream, 1 small can green chillies. Throw it all in a crock pot cook 8 hours on low, 4 hours on high. Experiment with your soup/sour cream mix to get the consistency for your gravy the way you like it.
On the wall we had a Cub Scout wolf and bear poster. We were going to play pin the nose on the wolf and pin the neckerchief slide on the bear, but after dinner, our game, and cake it was late so we didn't end up playing, but they ended up being a nice decoration.
The boys and their families decorated cakes. It was so much fun to see the many ideas. My child didn't want to go into nursery because he thought if he was in there he wouldn't be able to have cake. Once he discovered that they would get cake in the nursery as well then he was more than happy to go in there.

The boys worked so hard this month! We awarded 3 Webelos badges, over 15 Webelos pins, over 16 cake segments, and over 30 belt loops.
I can't stress enough how much I appreciate everybody that helped clean things up. I turn around to pick something up, wipe something off, put away a chair and it had already been done. Thank you to the leaders that have helped the boys get excited about scouting, and do so much for planning their weekly den meetings. The primary leaders for their help and support. The parents for taking the time to help their boys, and make sure they are at their den meetings and pack meetings. There are so many people that help make this program so successful, and I can't say enough how thankful I am for all of them!
